Alice Kao has been teaching elementary through advanced levels of Mandarin Chinese at º£½Ç´óÉñ since 1997. Her research interests include history and formation of the Chinese characters, Chinese dialectology and applied pedagogical Chinese linguistics. She also serves as a part time translator and interpreter.
